For those who want to live independently without the worries of home maintenance, nine spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath handicap accessible apartments are available and include all appliances as well as washer and dryer. If desired, meals and daily activities are available through the Leonardville Nursing Home. For additional peace of mind, an emergency call system connected to the Nursing Home is provided in each apartment. Six of the nine apartments are available with a full-size garage. Residents pay one monthly fee which includes rent, trash, water, sewer, cable, yard work, and maintenance.
