Our Commitment to Compassionate Care

At Leonardville Nursing Home, we believe our work begins with honoring each elder with dignity, respect, and personalized attention. As an employee, you play a vital role in creating a nurturing, person-centered environment where residents feel valued and cared for every day. In return, we strive to extend the same level of respect and appreciation to our staff — recognizing that compassionate care starts with a supported team.

Employee Benefits and Support

We’re proud to offer a workplace that values both purpose and balance. Our team members enjoy competitive wages, insurance options, retirement plans, paid time off, holiday pay, and free meals during shifts. We also provide uniform payroll deduction through Uniform Connection, a Safety Incentive Program, and opportunities for advancement. At Leonardville Nursing Home, your dedication and growth matter.
