LEONARDVILLE NURSING HOME
The Leonardville Nursing Home is a 60 bed non-profit nursing facility nestled in northern Riley County. Our activities are supported by a large number of caring volunteers, from the small town of Leonardville, and the surrounding area. Our newly remodeled facility has a home like atmosphere, modern equipment, and a tradition of service dating back to 1967.
Area pastors rotate to provide Sunday morning services and communion services in our beautiful Chapel. Our above ground tornado shelter offers our residents added safety during storms, and a fenced yard with a patio area is available for our residents outdoor pleasure.
Several physicians make rounds at our facility on a regular basis. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy are available daily. We are able to bill these therapy services to Medicare.
A 1999 handicap assessible van is available for resident’s use. A full program of activities and social services are available and of course we offer quality 24- hour nursing care.
